then
4 Spiderman Lunges w/ 5 sec. hold at the bottom, then straighhten leg out for hamstring stretch
Pretzel Stretch

21 Deadlifts (225/155)
50 Double Unders
15 Deadlifts
50 Double Unders
9 Deadlifts
