4 Spiderman Lunges w/5 sec. hold at the bottom, then straighten leg out for hamstring stretch

In 4 minutes, do 20 Squat Jumps w/Medball into Wallball Shots, and in the remaining time do Double Unders
(1 minute rest between rounds)
