Push Press 3-3-3-3-3
WOD
AMRAP in 4 minutes of:
5 Burpees
10 Kettlebell swings (53 / 35)
40 yard bear crawl
Repeat for 3 rounds with 1 minute rest in between rounds.
Coach led cooldown and stretch
