WOD: For Time
Tuck Jump and Air Squat Ladder
50-40-30-20-10 
(50 tuck jumps&50 squats,40 tuck jumps&40squats...)
then rest 2 min, then:
50 stationary overhead lunges 45/25 (alternate legs)
